I'm looking for one guy, maybe 2, to help build manual Tier 1 backlinks. Of course, your English will have to be pretty good to create quality Tier 1 links. But, I'll need a lot of them and unless google eliminates links all together (highly doubt it) I'll need them for quire a while, so if you can create decent Tier 1 articles, send me a PM please.

The best would be to create separate teams, one for writing and the other one for link building creation. You will be much more effective in this way.
 
You should recruite from freelancer.com instead. You can set your budget and then choose the freelancer according to their skill level. Or maybe use odesk.com instead.
 
Yes, primarily from web 2.0 properties, and I figured I would see if anyone here had a decent service they were offering first. I have a setup now; I just need a little more.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. I've got someone that I'm currently trying out, so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully this thread will help out others as well, although I know I'm not the only one to seek manual link builders.

Make trie with do-follow blog commenting point to guest posting. highy boost your ranking in google.
