[hiring] I need a logo designer

Yes, I realise I posted a "get a free logo" thread yesterday.

However, this is for a client and I need a little bit of creative input too.

My client needs a logo. He doesn't know exactly what he wants, so he would like a proposal, or some ideas before he approves my quotation. He doesn't need samples, just suggestions.

I've contacted a couple of guys from the marketplace, who both want me to pay upfront for samples and drafts, which I don't need yet.

So, I'd like the process to be as follows:

1. I send you the information the client sent me.
2. You give me your thoughts on what we could do.
3. I send these thoughts to the client, with a quote.
4. Client approves the quote.
5. I pay you, and you create the logo.

I don't have Skype, so please don't ask me to add you.
