Compensation Structure​

We’re transparent and flexible — the goal is a win-win structure. Here's how it works:


Performance-Based Trial (First 1–2 months):
• Target: $10,000 in revenue OR 10,000 verified sign-ups
• If the goal is met → you’ll be hired full-time with a base salary of $1,000–$1,500/month depending on performance


But even if you don’t hit the full target...
• You still get 40% of the revenue you generate
• Example: You bring $5,000 → You earn $2,000 (no fixed cap!)


Once Hired Full-Time:
• Base salary: $1,000–$1,500/month
• Monthly competition:
 ‣ 1st place: $1,500 bonus
 ‣ Other top performers: additional rewards
• Ongoing revenue share + crypto payments
