Hiring google account creator and verifier

I'm looking for someone that has access to SIM cards and can help me create and verify Google accounts.
I'm familar with all those services out there but I'm doing something else so I need to do it myself.
The job requires some basic knowledge working with TeamViewer so I can show you what needs to be done.
SIM cards from china, philiphines or other places where there are cheap SIM cards, won't work. I know, I tried...
This is a daily job for at least a couple of month or even more.
