I am looking for a french seo expert to rank some websites on google.fr. They are medium competitive. Do not contact me if you do not speak french or can't do my seo using french content. I am looking for someone who can bring back two websites penalized by pingouin (including the last update) who lost some rankings (-2 to -7 spots so I have not been hitted really hard but all keywords were #1 so I lost an important traffic).
