To help you get the most out of what you're offering, look at all the posts from people that are wanting to do this for you. There's alot of people that write short posts like "great share, thanks +rep given", "awesome share, really appreciate it" etc... I'll leave the choosing up to you but if I just started a forum and wanted to pay people to post, I would have a look at their posts to see if they write stuff that will "contribute" to the forum...
