hiring for setup reverse proxy

i am running asp.net website with IIS in dedicated server and i have vps for using as reverse proxy to hide my website main ip.
i have installed nginx in vps and i cannot success to setup as reverse proxy.
i am looking to hire someone who can successfully setup vps as reverse proxy for my website and i will pay him/her.
