As the title states, looking for someone serious who can become a discord community manager to help grow and manage our project. If you're organized, passionate about web3, and know how to keep a community engaged without letting chaos take over, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
No time-wasters, we pay in crypto only (SOL or BTC depending on your choice), payment is after a week of proving to be a reliable worker, and from there on every week.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who lives and breathes Discord
- Fluent in English with great communication skills
- Prior experience managing or moderating a web3/crypto/NFT community
- Strong sense of community culture and can handle trolls, bots, and drama effectively
- Able to coordinate with the core team and relay feedback from the community
- Can work independently and is available consistently (timezone flexible, but reliability is key)
Bonus points if you:
- Are familiar with Discord bots, server setups, and analytics
- Understand crypto lingo, tokenomics, and community expectations
- Have experience using tools like Collab.Land, Guild.xyz, Zealy, etc.
