Hiring Developer: IG Mass Account Generator, Controller, Script, Bot Farm

Just fired my sh*t dev team.

I need a PROFESSIONAL with proof of work to create me an Instagram Private Bot Farm.

- Program to create mass accounts both PVA and non-PVA daily
- Program to automate these accounts, makes accounts post randomly to appear as real as possible
- Private dashboard which allows us to control these accounts by having them comment, like, and engage on our command

*Note: This is STRICTLY for private use, it will not be resold. I am not interested in buying someone else's panel, I want me own panel, and control of my own accounts so I don't have to rely on anyone else. I am prepared to buy the required services and servers to run my own panel and bot farm.

I mean, doing a farm and coding a bot to handle a farm will require about 2 months of work 2 hrs per day.
