Hiring developer for a simple Android app

Hello all,


I need someone who'll make me a simple Android app with the following requirements:

1. Splash screen
The app will begin with the logo of my site

2. Static page
Once the app opens, the user should see a static page containing some links to our website. The links will open with browser when clicked and should not open inside the app.


3. (Optional) The link app will retrieve my site's RSS feed and notify the user when an article is posted.

4. (Optional) make the app available on BlackBerry, iOS and Windows Phone platforms as well.
