Looking for a freelancer to design a website template, and install it. The website is multiple pages, but it uses a template format. Home page will need to be designed though.
Note: You can not access the FTP. It will have to be installed through the admin panel, since it is a script I rent. And you will have to figure out how to use it, since I don't do CSS or know design installation at all.
Deadline: April 22, 2012 - STRICT. WILL NOT PAY IF NOT MET
Paying amount: Up to $120 based on your portfolio, and your final design, and the time it takes you to use it.
