Hiring - Creating Web2.0's with my specificacions

Hello everyone,

I need someone that can create web2.0 accounts from the list I provide them with, 10 accs will be a test for this. All web2.0's need to have:

-different email
-registered from a different IP
-have a custom template(use free ones)
-have about us(about us written), contact us
-have niche related pictures in it, what i mean is, header picture and maybe background picture related to niche, to make it look "real"

Optional:

-use two filler articles that CAN be spinned but need to be unique and somewhat readable
-use one human written niche related to my niche

I know there are more providers here for that but I want to work with one person directly.

For the optional part I will pay more of course.
