Any tips on reliable sources to find cold callers. I'm not too impressed with the responses on oDesk. I'd probably only be paying a $1/hour, maybe some commission if the leads are good.

Nobody is going to work for $1 per hour.
You could try hiring on a purely commission basis. So, give them a good incentive, such as 50% commission.
My personal services cost around $500 a pop, but only cost me around $100 in time. So, giving out $250 in commission is hardly a big deal for me.

I have to agree here. $1 is a bit of a joke, don't you think? You'd have to being hiring sharks and really motivate people to do the work that you hire them for.

These guys will absolutely not be motivated man. Why would you hustle yourself to the bone knowing you could do phenomenally....and only make a dollar?

If you want good cold caller you need to guarantee them a minimum when first starting out.

its no troll post man.. i can count 20 countries where people would jump to work for a 40$ per week salary and no offense but 90% of the bhw traffic belongs to those countries..
no wonder we see newbies threads celebrating there 7.32 cents ad sense money all the time and the people claiming 10k or 50k monthly via there methods share those damm methods for free and in return asking to like their shit so that they can build some repu and then sell there 9$ logo design services.
That's how things work on internet in general not just on this forum.. I believe everybody have seen wf where all the fuc**** gurus coming up with new 19$ wso's all the time and writing 10,000 words posts all day everyday to sell their shit instead of investing time in there real multi million dollar business.
