Not if you stick to the real ones with history, don´t hire from the first one calling himself coder after a Udemy course.

I met one's freelancer profile shown as quite experienced with projects done yet turned out he couldn't even deal with proxies / text captchas claiming the project was too complex LOL

but in terms of security / anti bot mechanism that email service is already easier to do than google / outlook LOLOLOL

and nowadays u can't do many things on browser automation
u need iphones yet your accs can still get banned on iphones

you better find coders from BHW / CIO lololol they're good at these things lolol

I tested out a few on fiverr and found one that was great and now I work exclusively with him through telegram. Just find someone who is solid, it takes some time but you will find them

You need to use Freelancer.com's chat function and provide clear instructions. There are tons of freelancer bidding on a project, send them your requirements and weed out the trash. But I agree, many are trash. Most "developers" are just reselling their fellow Indians/Pakistanis.

But, saying you will find anything better on BHW is ridiculous. They will also be the same bunch as on freelancer.com AND they will quote ridiculous high price. Why? Because they think they want to earn based on the value of the outcome not based on their work.

If somene would really want a coder from BHW, he could easily get a realistic price by posting the project first on freelancer.com and sending the project details 10-20 coders and get their feedback. I did this a couple of times and the coders on BHW quote 25x higher, lmao.

Remember, coders have to paid as the construction workers of the house, not as part owner of the house. Imagine the 6 star hotel in UAE was built by guys earning $10 per day while a room starts at like $300.
