hiring coder for casual jobs

I own a few websites and from time to time i need something coded or changed on them I am looking for properly skilled coder for random jobs.

IMPORTANT --->You must be always available online during normal business hours monday to friday. <--- IMPORTANT

I will pay your hourly rate for whatever time you have spent working on my websites.


I need someone for long term cooperation, not just quick one time job.

What kind of work would constitute more, designing or coding functionalities? I am more of a PHP coder who can just manage designing. Not sure if thats what you are looking for.
