Looking for: Big Project with unbelievable budget
I am sure, he/she would not pay even that $35 Lol :p

OP, I can do the coding job, if you pay me at least $50 twice a week for as long as needed.

Kinda cheap, but I can get teh job done.

So you want a site, of course with "high-end" graphics (because everyone wants professional-grade graphics for beggar-suitable budgets), that is custom-coded to connect with eleven different CPA networks, put their offers into a database, and likely (if the site's any good): have an entire user and administrative backend, track downloads, display statistical data on the front-end, and allow for payments to be sent and tracked on your end?

For $35-50.
Never mind the revenue you'll make from the site with your shitty ass budget.
Grow up and have some respect for the people you ask to work for you.

My quote, if my assumptions about functionality are correct, is $6200, done in three to four weeks, with full testing on our end, and a 30 day beta test period following development with full debugging. Feel free to get back to me if you want the job professionally done with "high-end" work, though I assume you won't.
