We're currently doing 35k revenue with our models with very incapable chatters. Our chatters are having low response rates, are not following instructions and so on. This makes me certain that with a good team of chatters, we can easily double our earnings. Our current pay for the chatters is 2$ and 6% plus weekly bonuses: $120 for achieving $2,400 in sales or $200 for reaching $3,500 in sales.
