Hiring an Indian from Freelancer...

I gotta give him cpanel login info to complete the work, theres no way around it. I hate to seem distrusting, but I put a lot of work into the site and a little leary of just handing over my passwords. So after I back everything up, is there a guest account with limited access i can set up for him or something like that?? Or do i just have to back everything up, change the passwords once he's done and start looking for any suspicious code?? don't mean to sound paranoid, just.... a little paranoid i guess.. thanks for any help!!!
