Hiring an amazon verified review poster

I am currently promoting a book and I find that since my competitors are also using similar tactics, the only way for this good book to win against them is to the use the same tactics to get to a level start with them.

I'm looking for someone who can do the following:
- Post from different IPs and different accounts (able to constantly create accounts, not just 2!)
- Do at a daily basis of at least 1-3 reviews per day
- BUY the book to get a "verified" status (I will sponsor the cost)
- Vote existing reviews with good reputation up as "helpful"

I will only pay probably $3 per review - that's $3-9 per day for pretty easy work.
