* I am ranked 50 for one high niche competetive keyword but still nobody visits my site therefore my money is being wasted.

I want someone to either;

Well, the first thing you should do is analyse your on-page seo. If something is wrong with it, you won't get to the top even with the most valuable linkbuilding methods.

And only after on-page seo is 100% you can start looking for off-page.
