Hiring a Virtual Assistant to build links..who's done it?

Hey everyone,

Been really busy lately so I'm looking to outsource some link building to a virtual assistant. I know there is plenty of overhyped success with this (4 hour work week)

...But honestly I need some tips.

What type of things should i ask before hiring?
What type of links do i want them building?

Never done this before so if someone has a story to tell please do so, maybe even share some strategies which you saw results from???

you should find a good provider who have many models and give a plan details for your site. See if they can create how many links per day and how quality link you can get.
