I was looking to hire a SEO team. I am wondering if a team post that they will post my link in the " Long Term Directory". I thought Directory link are banned or out of dated in today's google's SEO?

Yeah, those kinds of links are Outdated now so better if you build some other manual links for your websites

Also, make sure to check that they are not PBN's (they dont have the same IP)

Directory links are no longer relevant. You can go through bhw specially marketplace to learn what works these days.

You dont need a team for the directory links. It's a bit outdated. Hire a team to process all SEO work from top to bottom. Including graphics.

Director submissions are mostly used for diversification. It is not significantly more effective than other methods such as PBN, guest posting, and niche editing.

yes it's outdated, you can go with high-quality backlinks like Niche links, and traffic guest posts which are the main part of Off Page SEO
