As far as I understand you right, you think that referring domains are under spam attack? Once again, double-check these domains and all the information about those domains. It's just that many rating services change the algorithm and some domains may be devalued by search engines. It may also happen that backlinks on domains referring to you can also be devalued by search engines. So just double-check it all before making some serious decisions.
