I have a small authrotiy blog (in its initial stage)

the blog has 40 post approx and getting no search engine traffic

i am using no blackhat tactics what so ever i think it's just poor SEO

i am looking to hire a SEO guy who can rank a specific post (which he'll decide)

if the price is reasonable this can be a ongoing project

please i don't want anyone who uses blackhat method (it's kinda silly to say that as i am posting in BHW ) but still i would like to keep it white hat
