Hiring a Programmer (ajax, php, javascript) to complete an unfinished project

Recently I hired a programmer to work on a project that was to be completed in a day. As you can tell from the duration of the project, it is a relatively simple one. Since a programmer has already worked on this project it is very simple and all you have to do is fix the script to work.

Originally the programmer asked for $10 for the script but I will pay you $20 to finish and fix the script.
