Hiring a linux expert/php programmer

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to hire a linux expert/php programmer.

You must have a very firm grasp on linux commands as well as php programming and mysql databases.
I have the linux proxy scanner NIX installed on a dedicated server running Debian, what I need is a guy/gal who can code up a simple front end in php to ready scanned proxies that are stored in the database. The php front end will be hosted on a seperate server and will need to read the database from the dedicated server.

The php front end, will need to have a signup page, login page, and a simple members area where users can login and download a list of the latest scanned working proxies.

We would also if possible like to have someone setup the dedicated server so that all scans, etc are running on autopilot 24/7
