Hiring a full-time SEO Strategist

We have an SEO company servicing several fortune 100 companies and look to strengthen our team of SEO Strategists.

We have dedicated teams for technical SEO, strategy and content, as well as project managers, so you would work within the strategy department.
What's super cool is that we have a whole team of mega-awesome strategists already. You'd learn so much from each other and do true SEO.

I previously hired multiple people from a BHW thread full-time and they are all still very happy and employed by us for the past several years.

What should your qualifications be?
- Fluent Spoken English + Grammar Perfect Written English
- SEO Knowledge, audits, migrations, sitemaps, on-page, competitive research
- Full-time contract to hire
- If you don't live in the USA are you able to work USA hours?
- Super passionate about everything SEO
- Driven to be the best at SEO

Self Screening Questions Before You Apply:
- Are you up to date on algorithm, chrome, search guideline changes?
- Are you an semrush or ahrefs power user?
- Have you ever managed a complex SEO project (more than just a blog & some link building ...)
- Are you able to work as part of a team and flourish?

It's a really awesome position for people who are passionate about SEO and want to make this a career at the highest levels. I always post here on BHW in addition to job boards, because this is where I learned SEO over a decade ago and I know there's always someone out there wanting that chance!
