Hiring a freelance SMM company.

If you were hiring a freelance SMM person, what do you expect from them? What should it cost you?

Lets say from just handling the basics of managing 1-4 accounts, or as serious as providing content and implementing multiple strategies. Let me know your thoughts.

I believe starting with a $3 per hour seems fair. Obviously, depending on the expertise of the freelancer, a client should increase the pay after performance review.
