Hiring a data collection/content writer (Small)

I have a blog that basically links to other "recipes" on the web. All recipes are within a certain niche. I will give you sites where you can take the recipes from.

The posts on my website have the following data points :
- Uploaded image (must be 500px wide/high, e.g. No thumbnails)
- Preparation time
- Cooking Time
- Recipe Site Link
- Recipe Site Name
- Small description (Small paragraph, 3 sentences, in your own words etc).

I've used microworker type sites in the past but they have written extremely shoddy descriptions (poor spelling/grammar, not in their own words). So I'm looking to pay someone to basically input these recipes into my site. The site uses wordpress so you will be given a content creator login, and asked to fill in all the info. I will then verify that the posts look good and schedule them to be published.

For payment, I'd prefer to pay on a per post basis but we can work out a lump sum deal etc. I'll pay via a payment request with paypal or similar payment processor where I can pay with a credit card. So something like moneybookers is fine etc. Heck, I'll even buy something off Amazon for you if you prefer.
