Hiring a coder or JV

I want a program to be made for me. I want it when ran to make the screen go black, then have it automatically go to my lick click run,next,next,etc until it's installed. I also want it to have an automated unistaller. I want it to uninstall after 48 hours of the download. If you can do this let me know the price and how long it will take you to do.
