hired a guy from odesk to make my site

    They just threw up wordpress with a specific theme. I mean look: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue/

    Site and theme looks pretty good. You've got like 30px of white space at the top (chrome) above the search bar and you need a favicon.
    Contacts could be "Contact Us", as that is more clear. "conscious" is a bit hard to read on the logo, but now i'm just being nitpicky. :p
    Closer inspection, that 30px is a link to some film sharing site... lol.

    It looks fine, it's responsive and it doesn't break when js is disabled. Get's my approval there.

    Biggest thing there would be to optimize your images prior to uploading them to wordpress. Might even be a plugin these days that does that during upload.

    Well, you should work on your SEO.
    You don't show up on Google.

    + everything else nocare said. 21/100 for speed test is really, really bad.

    I don't really know if you are indexed at all.
    Speed is really bad. What hosting company do you use so we can avoid that service ?
