Currently, I have a non-profit site which I'm running and is legit (approved as section 501(c)(3)) And at the moment I need some help as someone that I hired cannot help me currently...

PREFERABLY, I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE BY TODAY!

Most of them goes like this:

1. I will tell you what functions the site should have
2. Set up all needed plugins, secure it etc...
3. I will give you content, images and all of which so you can make the site functional to my standards
4. If we want to have something fixed, you should fix it.

You will get access to hosting which has WP.

Payment will be anywhere from $5 to $40 depending on how much work you have with it. Payment only via PayPal

I am willing to hire for a long-term basis if the work is good!

So from $5 to $40 for a WP Specialist???
Better start hiring with higher prices or pay with hourly rates, I doubt that someone will loose their precious time like this.

To be honest OP, you might be a Not for profit or charity site but you would be looking to spend at least $100 for anybody to start from scratch and build the site.

It is a simple process but time consuming.

Anybody offering to do it under that is likely to cause you more problems.

Some kid at my High School, his cousin is going to pay me $500 to build a simple wordpress site for his racing and it probably wont even make profit. Don't tell me you expect $40 for something so idk.. But at $40 I suggest you go get yourself a theme and build it yourself.

you cannot find in this price a WP expert with your desired design and layout and giving you installed your plugins and functionality. its even hard to find on freelance sites such good one.

Remember guys, $40 is the top​ of his budget. He would prefer to pay the $5 minimum.

I understand you're a NFP and may or may not have a lot of funds at your disposal, but you have to offer something you yourself wouldn't find insulting. Granted, the high end of your rate is maybe good for someone in a developing country. But would you perform multiple hours of work for someone you don't know for $5? If you wouldn't, then don't make someone else do it.
