[Hire] Programmer for Re-upload method

Hello there,
I need a programmer who can make a bot for me that does the following:

- Download amateur video(s) from a pornsite;
- Scrape the tags and titles;
- If possible, spinning the title (would like to have the bot with or without this option);
- Edit the video adding watermark (resizing it based on video size) + slides along the video (details in pm about this, i think it can be done with php or python or smth);
- "Detect" if video has watermark and if so either delete that video or make my watermark solid over it;
- Upload the video(s) to major pornsites (i'll tell you which , 5-6 in total) with the scraped tags and {spinned) title.
