need login based portal script (few points)
1. where user can send the request and moderator will mark the request done (tick option) and user can see it's completed or not.
2. Admin can create the account and reset the users password.
3. DB (Mysql based).
4. Moderator and Admin can also download the data in excel format.
5. Search function for everyone.
