Hire Freelancer Payment Question

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask as I have never hired a freelancer like this before, how do you all go about paying the freelancer?

Before the work is done? after the work is done?

What is the best way to organise the payment so everything goes smoothly?

Only pay if he jr vip or next level, don't pay any advance, you can pay some advance if he trustworthy, you can pay little after he done some work

You can do pre-payments for Jr.VIP's and marketplace sellers if you want but never for others.

Usually, 50% of the payment is given upon starting & 50% after completion.

However, milestone payments generally work better with an initial deposit agreed upon by both parties.

As stated already, this depends upon the seller. Always do your due diligence and feel free to message a staff member with any specific, additional questions you may have.
