[HIRE] FB Messenger chatbot

Project: I have an API with the daily horoscope reading and I thought that having a bot that reads a user sign per day wouldn't be too complicated to develop. I.e Someone just saying "Geminis" as private message to the bot would give them 4 options (health, love, etc) and from there they would receive the reading.
