So what I need:

Full clone. All pages, all vendors, everything with PHP!!!

Functionality that needs to have: the same login / register functionality(so need to use MYSQL), the same messaging functionality, the same ticket functionality, and the same cart functionality.

Basically clone the website 100% with full functionality. You ll have to test a lot of it to see it.

Budget: 250$ fixed.
