I am looking for a good Programmer to make a nice SMTP server. I need 100% inbox rate. And i need a expert who can create a SMTP as like Sendgrid or Amazon SES.

This is a long time job . so i need most experience with must need to give me sample that you make earlier. hope i can get a perfect person. PM me asap it's urgent.

You aren't going to get anywhere near 100% inboxing on a new server.
