Is it possible to put a minimum number of posts or length of membership on peoples accounts before they're allowed to post in there?

Just seen a post now, which was more like a JV, someone who'd joined today wanting to hire people to work with them, in exchange for share of profits, ( guaranteed $$$ ).

Forgive me for being sceptical at times, but things like that surely stink of scam / potential scam ?

Yes, that's pretty much what the forum is supposed to be. The rules for it aren't clear cut which is why it's been a bit woolly and abused but this is getting addressed.

I think to post in hire a freelance section one must be premium member. So we know he paid for membership and can be trusted.
