Hire a developer to build an overlay

Hi everyone, the "we build tools" guys advised to me this forum, to find the right developer.

Let me explein what i need.

1) trought an iframe a display a site ( a sponsor site, not mine)
2) over this site (displayed trought the iframe) i want to show an overlay that shoul dcover almost all the sponsor site.
3) clicking in overlay the script you will make, should be able to click a button (and so active an action) in the site sponsor.

I hope i was able to explein well. Contact me if you need clarification and if you're really able to do it.
