Hip Hop Related Traffic?

ive got a website with a product that is music/hiphop related, i need some traffic... anybody with big ig/fb/youtube accounts or email list that would do promo or blasts for me?

Willing to pay per promo or work out a fat affiliate commission if the traffic is good!
