He is leaving feedback for others when he buys things. All funny feedback that has nothing to do with the actual item(s) bought.

Ebay though has removed a lot of it as I think the sellers complained.
 
Years ago I used to leave funny feedback, but not this far out there. Sellers and buyers didn't mind and actually e-mailed me back with a "LOL". This guy though uses references that go just over the borderline. Still funny IMO. :)
