I did it as a joke, didn't expect any results or anything.

122k sub
62k sub
12k sub

Just took a random offer from crakrevenue put it on a shitty domain and posted it on the subreddits.
Pinned them on top of subreddits, changed subreddit info, added banner, etc.

I don't suppose it will be up more than a few hours.

heh

Hijack in what way?

https://www.reddit.com/u/titouanpontetyt is his account name and he is moderator of those subreddits...
Well, obviously he's moderator - the term "hijacking" (including the screenshots) infer he has privileges. Though the question from the users you quoted is on how he got the moderator role. Did he acquire them recently ("hacking", "hijacking") or was it a abuse of his long-term position.
In case it's the first one, how did he achieve this? That is the question you implied to have answered.

Probably part of the recent reddit leak which has affected moderators they didn't use 2fa authentication

Yes. I think "Hijack" is the highlight and that confuses things. Also, when he said "Hijack" it normally means he is taking over someone else's property. Hope you didn't get excited above.

Thanks for pointing it out.

How exactly did you hijack them though? lol
Yeah, were you already a mod of those subs?
Now, this is the big question of your thread.

do you mean you reached agreement with the mod to pin your meme?

Got access to a moderator account that wasn't mine. Thus the "hijack"
Also the posts were up for around 2~ hours, i got around 1.2k clicks:D

Wow! Nice :) Did you get any $$$ from it?

Although this forum doesn't allow hacking...

Umm.

I gotta itchy feeling about this.

Why would you report yourself like this?

Going to a public forum with that info is properly not the best idea you had this year.

No. But imagine all the shit birds PM'ing him now wanting to know this "method" and how much he'll be hawking it for.
There's no method. And dunno why would it not be smart to share the meme :_:
