hiii i wanna ask for advice

I wanna do a YouTube channel but i can't do videos my self I'm not that kind of person i wanna do it for business so k was thinking if i can do something more like taking English videos and do a translation for other languages or cutting like cats videos or funny videos and and make one video i see that a lot and i like it but i don't really know about the copyright is this eagle or not i don't wanna do bad things because i think that i will have to spend time on editing those videos what do you think gays any help please

You are definitely in copyright territory if you are using someone else's videos. If you are looking for content that you can freely use check out the Creative Content area which has videos you are free to use for commercial purposes.
If that doesn't work for you.. what is your hesitation of doing videos on your own? You don't have to be on camera - you could do screencasts of anything and speak about it. I do tutorials of online work platforms and I do decent at it.. very deep niche but good engagement and loyal following.

I'm not comfortable with camera I can't speak I don't k0like my gallery phone is empty I have screen shots its my only file so I don't think that I can do itwwhat's the creative content area and is it something that I can get paid for it ???

Google Creative Content + Youtube and you will get some information on it. Yes - you can monetize it or put affiliate links in the descriptions (tread lightly there though as YT does not like that type of behavior too much).

Here is a screenshot from the editor of where you can find it. Creative Common license is the licensing model you want.

I posted a screenshot above but go into youtube editor and then click on the cc symbol and then you can search the CC licensed videos.
