Highest POPUP CPM at the moment?

So I need to put some popups on my website so I want to check which one is paying best these days.
I saw propeller ads they look OK..... What do you think? I will need 4 different companies

What about popcash, popads.net, admaven I think....???
 
Do you have a legit legit website and a loyal audience?
 
Adcash is great, you will get high cpm for Tier 1 traffic, make sure you contact your manager on skype to optimize your stuff and put the right campaigns on
 
Propeller and popads are 100% legit i use them many years galaksion is also very good network i use them more than a month, most important is which agent you will get there are some greedy agents that will take most of the profit from you. I know few good agents from all companies if you want contact me so i can give skype so you can contact them directly and make a deal with fixed cpm or whatever you like, that's the biggest problem most of the people create accounts directly on their pages and dont negotiate about cpm.

I mean, do you want to squeeze them to earn ad much money as possible?
I know some popunders that pay insanely high but they will redirect a part of tier 1 countries!!!

Are there any requirements before one can request for fixed CPM?
 
not exactly for high traffic sites you can negotiate, but for low traffic you will need someone that already making a good bucks to tell a few good words about you :D
 
I currently work with Ad Maven, beside Adsense they give the highest CPM rates.
