Highest paying pay per lead for anything?

It doesnt have to be dating (although perfered) but what is the highest paying pay per lead program out there? Id perfer check but paypal is alright. I am canadian so it must allow us canucks.

really, im just looking for the highest paying pay per lead program out there for anything.

sign up with cj.com, sign up with a load of advertisers, once you get approved by a few do this:

1) login then goto get links
2) click on addtional search options
3) click on relationship status and select my advertisers
4) click on find

You will now be presented with a list of all your affiliates now do this

5) scroll to the bottom of the page change the # of results from 25 to 200
6) in the third to last column it has headers sales, leads, clicks press on leads, this will now sort all of your approved affiliates by highest paying leads!

Most of the better converting leads that I have used pay out between 3-5 bucks

ive seen converting leads offering upto $80 on CJ...

it WILL very likely be insurance/debt related,
followed by dieting niche and dating. Would be surprised if not.

Thanks alot guys. Im trying offervault right now, it seems pretty good.

I shouldve said this in the OP. im looking for 1st page leads. like they type in there info and email then they confirm it through there email andthere done. i get the lead.

are most of these not 1st page leads?

Casino leads/sales are upwards of $300.

I.ve only ever got $200 a lead with casino/sales Mr F. Who is offering $300?.
