Highest paying mobile payment provider USA?

Hi,
So I have have this dutch site where people can pay a digital product by phone or SMS. And I charge them ?1, I get paid out ?0.75.

Now I want to do this same idea world wide and I'm already getting a decent amount of visitors from the USA and I'm looking for a mobile payment provider for my visitors from the USA, but all the providers I find have really low payouts.

For example: Zaypay.com only pays out $0.38 per $1. That's halve of what I'm getting from my dutch payments.

So does anyone know any provider that have higher payouts or is $0.3 on the dollar just the standard payout in the USA?

Wow getting paid that small amount is really low,
not to mention when you wanna check out they'll charge you next to nothing!
