Does anyone know of some Adult Affiliate program, or Dating website that pays maybe $1-3 per "free" signup (NO credit card needed)? And do they actually pay out?

Another question, does anyone know of a gateway tool, that will display a webcam video, but have some type of a lock over it, then when the visitor clicks the lock, a pop up comes up, and shows them a message telling them to sign up under this link?

The gateway thing can be done, it could be done making appear a content locker for a certain page. What is exactly your idea? do you want to foce someone to complete a signup or offer in order to get access to the locked page?
