Highest conversion + EPC content locker

Hey guys:

I haven't done any content locking before but this week I'm launching a site that is perfect for this monetization method, and I was wondering if you could share your stats (conversion and EPC) with different content locking networks. The site is 100% whitehat, so the network doesn't need to be BH friendly, I can use anyone with a content locker.

If possible, please post actual stats on earnings per click and if you don't mind posting which campaigns are working well for you, that would be awesome. If you don't want to make this public, feel free to PM me, and I do accept referral links (but please show me your stats if you're going to hit me with a link - don't just recruit me to a crap network just to get a referral)
