Any news sites with the facebook comment boxes should work, I see a lot of comments placed sneakily under most articles at MSN.
Don't waste your time with Disqus though, they have superior anti-spam algorithms after people blasted them.

1st comment them high quality, after approving 3-5 comment your post will approved automatically. So you can post spam then.

Just don't spam BHW. Go with niche targeted sites. Lower traffic but better quality than spaming YT.

Yeah I think that would happen too, just low quality clicks that don't convert too well.
When I did this back then I had to use a high converting landing page. It's a numbers game though so the more traffic you get the higher the chance of getting leads.

No but maybe some quality. If traffic is high it might be worth it.

find other spammers' sites and spy on their traffic sources (using similarweb)
